Where are you located?

We are pleased to offer two convenient locations for your service. Our primary yard is situated just a few minutes beyond Costco at 2238 Route 115 in Irishtown. Our secondary yard, which operates seasonally through August, is located at 1212 Berry Mills Road in Moncton.
How much is a cubic yard?

A cubic yard covers an area of 100 square feet at a depth of 3 inches (10 feet in width, 10 feet in length, and 3 inches in depth). For visual reference, this is the equivalent of a cube with dimensions of 3 feet by 3 feet by 3 feet.
How many cubic yards can fit in the back or my truck/trailer?

The quantity of material depends on the size of the truck bed, the make of the vehicle, or the dimensions of the trailer. Soil and stone are loaded based on weight, typically ranging from 0.5 cubic yards to 1.5 cubic yards, depending on the specific product. We utilize a 0.5 cubic yard loader bucket and will cease loading once the weight reaches a safe capacity for your vehicle. Mulch is measured by volume, generally ranging from 0.5 cubic yards to 2 cubic yards.
Can we bring our own bags or buckets and load the material ourselves if we need less than 0.5 cubic yards?

Yes, you are welcome to load the material yourself. A shovel will be provided, and the Yard Attendant will assess the quantity and determine the corresponding price. Please note that self-service is unavailable on Saturdays or during peak hours when there is a lineup, to ensure customer safety. If you opt for self-service, you may need to wait until vehicles and equipment are safely cleared before entering the yard.
May I visit the yard to examine the products and place my order in person?

Yes, you may. We advise checking our hours or calling in advance if it is raining to ensure we are open. Please note that product availability may vary between locations.
Would it be possible to have the material delivered directly into my garden box or a designated area on my property?

We do not drive on lawns, and we are unable to dump materials into garden boxes. While our drivers will make every effort to accommodate your preferred delivery location, it is generally recommended to lay a tarp on your driveway to prevent potential damage to your property or the risk of the vehicle becoming stuck on a wet lawn. Additionally, we must ensure that there are no overhead power lines or trees that could obstruct the unloading process.
Can I get two products in one delivery?

Yes, for an additional surcharge, we can deliver small quantities of two products in a single load (split delivery). Please email us with the details, and we will confirm if we can accommodate your request.
How do I calculate the amount of product I need?

Please use our easy-to-use calculator to determine the quantity of product you require. We suggest rounding up to avoid the need for an extra trip.
Is the soil you offer screened?

Yes, all of our soils are screened to remove the majority of rocks, debris, and other impurities. However, please note that our soils are not screened as finely as the bagged soils typically found at big-box stores. These commercial bagged soils are primarily composed of peat moss and are produced through a different process.
